2. Professional Esteem and Social Acceptance for Film as a profession should be ensured by industrial reforms through Government initiatives and thus creating a supporting ecosystem.
3. Film Ecosystem should be one with positive gender politics , helping everyone to collaborate with self-esteem by uniting diversities.
